重离子医疗中心治疗室墙体防辐射混凝土研究及工程应用

重离子医疗中心治疗系统的同步环大厅、治疗室等均属于辐射防护的重点区域,须对混凝土结构采取特殊的处理措施,确保满足辐射防护规范要求.以浙江省肿瘤医院重离子医学中心大楼为例,基于重离子治疗系统的工作原理、辐射影响、防护要求等,对治疗室墙体采用的重晶石混凝土的配制工艺、优化方案、施工浇筑等开展系统研究.研究结果表明,采用密度为3 530~3 830 kg/m3的重晶石混凝土,通过控制材料密度、施工工艺等方式,取得了较好的效果.
Research and Engineering Application of Radiation-proof Concrete in Walls of Heavy Ion Medical Center
The synchrotron hall and treatment rooms of the heavy ion medical center treatment system are key areas for radiation protection,and special treatment measures must be taken for the concrete structure to ensure compliance with radiation protection standards.Taking the heavy ion medical center building of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital as an example,based on the working principle of heavy ion treatment system,radiation impact,and protection requirements,a systematic study was conducted on the preparation process,optimization plan,and construction pouring of barite concrete used in the treatment room walls.The research results show that the barite concrete with a density of 3 530 to 3 830 kg/m3 achieved good results by controlling material density and construction processes.
