摘要
从医院风险控制角度出发,分析了医院UPS设备存在的风险,提出了UPS设备全生命周期管理的方法,包括购置管理、安装验收管理、日常管理、维护保养、更换与报废.通过UPS全生命周期管理实践,强化了跨部门协调机制,提升了设备管理效能,降低了设备运行风险,并提升了管理的决策水平.
Abstract
Starting from the perspective of hospital risk control,it analyzes the risks existing in hospital UPS equipment and proposes methods for the full life cycle management of UPS equipment,including procurement management,installation acceptance management,daily management,maintenance,replacement,and scrapping.Through the practice of full life cycle management of UPS,it has strengthened the cross-departmental coordination mechanism,improved equipment management efficiency,reduced equipment operation risks,and enhanced the decision-making level of management.
