基于模糊综合评价法的三级公立医院后勤服务高质量发展综合评价实证研究

摘要
基于"结构-过程-结果"医疗质量评价模型构建三级公立医院后勤服务高质量发展综合评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法对山东省某三级公立医院后勤服务高质量发展水平开展实证研究.该院后勤服务高质量发展模糊综合评价结果B=[0.012 0.044 0.104 0.249 0.590],得分为83.61分,综合评价处于"良好"水平.结合评价结果,对该院后勤服务的发展提出了建议.
Abstract
Based on the"structure-process-outcome"medical quality evaluation model,a comprehensive evaluation index system for high-quality development of logistics services in tertiary public hospitals was constructed,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to conduct an empirical study on the high-quality development of logistics services in a tertiary public hospital in Shandong Province.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result of the logistics service high-quality development of the hospital is B=[0.012 0.044 0.104 0.249 0.590],with a score of 83.61 points,and the comprehensive evaluation is at a"good"level.Suggestions for the development of logistics services in the hospital were made based on the evaluation results.
