以南方地区某精神专科医院为例,从绿色低碳正向设计的角度出发,遵循以人为本的医院建设理念,在考虑患者行为特点、精神专科医院管理模式和未来运营降本增效等因素的基础上,通过场地环境分析、建筑布局、空间设计及室内自然通风采光优化等,在优化建造成本的同时有效降低运行阶段能耗.通过精细化的仿真分析,项目的能耗水平达到行业先进水平,实现了能碳双控目标.
Abstract
Taking a psychiatric hospital in the southern region as an example,from the perspective of green and low-carbon positive design,adhering to the people-oriented hospital construction concept,considering the behavior characteristics of patients,the management model of psychiatric hospitals,and the future operation cost reduction and efficiency improvement,the project optimizes construction costs while effectively reducing operational energy consumption through site environmental analysis,architectural layout,spatial design,and optimization of indoor natural ventilation and daylighting.Through refined simulation analysis,the project energy consumption level reaches an advanced industry level,achieving dual control of energy and carbon.
