To promote the expansion of high-quality medical resources,"one hospital with multiple districts"has become an important development model for public hospitals in China.To accurately implement the homogenized logistics management plan for multiple hospital districts,a relatively complete logistics support plan must be prepared before the completion of the new hospital district.Based on the construction case of a new hospital district of a hospital in Beijing,this article analyzes the overall preparation ideas and principles during the construction process of a new hospital district in"one hospital with multiple districts,"lists the time nodes and specific content of the preparation work for each logistics specialty.
