Optimization Strategy and Practice of Material Management Based on Hospital Logistics Integration Construction
By applying the SPD(Supply-Processing-Distribution)refined management model to hospital logistics material management,the efficiency of hospital logistics material management is improved,and operational costs are reduced.Statistical analysis shows that the introduction of the SPD refined management model significantly enhances the management efficiency of logistics materials.By strengthening logistics material management awareness,improving procurement processes,strengthening inventory management,and promoting information construction,the level of hospital logistics material management can be effectively improved,providing strong support for the sustainable development of hospitals.
