摘要

医院的能耗监管平台在对能源消耗进行有效计量的基础上,能为医院的能耗分析、能耗诊断、节能改造、节能监管等提供有力的数据支撑.随着使用的深入,能耗监管平台在数据准确性、稳定性、深入分析等方面的不足愈发明显.基于复旦大学附属肿瘤医院能耗监管的实际需求,通过优化平台功能,构建科学的能耗监测与节能管理新模式,实现了能耗监管从源头到用能路径的全覆盖,探讨了医院能耗监管平台运行面临的挑战,建立了能识别异常数据并支持数据手动调整的平台,并优化了能耗分析和报警系统,增强了监测体系,促进了节能管理的精细化.

Abstract

The hospital energy consumption supervision platform can provide strong data support for hospital energy consumption analysis,energy consumption diagnosis,energy-saving transformation,and energy-saving supervision based on effective measurement of energy consumption.With the use,the shortcomings of energy consumption supervision platform in data accuracy,stability,and in-depth analysis have become increasingly apparent.Based on the actual needs of energy consumption supervision of Fudan University Affiliated Cancer Hospital,it optimizes the platform functions,constructs a scientific energy consumption monitoring and energy-saving management new model,realizes full coverage of energy consumption supervision from the source to the energy use path,discusses the challenges faced by the operation of hospital energy consumption supervision platform,establishes a platform that can identify abnormal data and support manual data adjustment,and optimizes the energy consumption analysis and alarm system,enhances the monitoring system and promotes refined energy-saving management.
