Prostaglandin is a kind of unsaturated fat acid with physiological activity,which is widely distributed in various tissues and body fluids.Prostaglandin E2(PGE2)-related signal pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.PGE2 is a potentially important target for the treatment of tumor diseases.PGE2 and its related cyclooxygenase-2 have a regulatory effect on tumors.This paper investigated the papers related to PGE2 in tumor research published from 2019 to 2023,reviewed the latest research progress of PGE2 in liver cancer,gastric cancer,breast cancer,and other directions,and provided ideas for the research of PGE2 signal pathway.
