Hirudo is a commonly used drug for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.It contains high antithrombin active substances and a variety of active ingredients.It has been recorded and used since Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica and has a history of more than 2000 years.It has broad application practice and development prospects in the medical field.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of research on the hirudo,more and more research on their pharmacological effects and practical applications have been explored,and more attention has been paid to the thermolability of some active ingredients of Hirudo and the improvement of the quality of decoction pieces of medicinal materials.To solve these contradictions,people have constantly improved and innovated the processing method and the presentation form of decoction pieces of medicinal materials,and new decoction pieces such as lyophilized powder and micro powder of Hirudo have emerged as the times require.Currently,it has been widely circulated and recognized in the market.This article reviews the research results of the hirudo lyophilized powder and micro powder,providing a reference for further research and use of the hirudo lyophilized powder and micro powder.
