Research progress on the pathogenesis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
As one of the sixth most common malignant tumors in the world,head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)is characterized by high incidence and mortality,poor prognosis,and complex manifestations.Its occurrence sites mainly include the oral cavity,oropharynx,and hypopharynx.Based on the above characteristics of the disease,it brings great pain and economic burdens to patients,and also greatly challenges clinical diagnosis and treatment techniques.In order to further understand the current research progress of HNSCC,this article will search for relevant literature in the past five years from databases such as VIP,CNKI,and Wanfang to review the pathogenesis of HNSCC.
