目的 建立一测多评法同时测定石菖蒲β-细辛醚、α-细辛醚的含量。方法 选用色谱柱Agilent Eclipse XDB C18(5 μm,4。6 mm×150 mm);流动相:乙腈-0。05%磷酸水,梯度洗脱。以α-细辛醚为内标,计算β-细辛醚的相对校正因子,测定其含量。结果 β-细辛醚、α-细辛醚的R2 均为 0。9999,表明两成分进样浓度在相应范围内具有良好的线性关系。β-细辛醚和α-细辛醚的平均加样回收率分别为 98。69%和100。24%,RSD分别为 2。04%和 2。06%。一测多评法所得结果与外标法无显著差异。结论 该方法快速简便、重复性好,具有良好的可行性,可用于石菖蒲的质量控制。
Determination of contents of β-asarone and α-asarone in Acorus tatarinowii by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker
Objective To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker for simultaneous determination of contents of β-asarone and α-asarone in Acorus tatarinowii.Methods The chromatographic column Agilent Eclipse XDB C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)was selected.Mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid water for gradient elution.α-asarone was used as the internal standard,the relative correction factor of β-asarone was calculated and its content was determined.Results The R2 values of β-asarone and α-asarone were both 0.9999,indicating a good linear relationship between the injection concentrations of the two components within the corresponding range.The average injection recovery rates of β-asarone and α-asarone were 98.69%and 100.24%,respectively,with RSD of 2.04%and 2.06%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the results obtained by the quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker and the external standard method.Conclusion This method is rapid,simple,reproducible,and feasible,and can be used for the quality control of Acorus tatarinowii.
