Discussion on the teaching of the course Painology in higher medical education
With the continuous development and progress of society,human attention and understanding of pain have led to the rise of the discipline of Painology,which is being studied by scholars from multiple fields.At present,Painology is an important component of modern medicine,a general practice medicine with pain as its main symptom,and an interdisciplinary field.The purpose of this study is to explore the necessity of teaching the course Painology in higher medical education,and to study the construction of a teaching team for Painology,the compilation and use of Painology textbooks,and the teaching methods of Painology.It aims to teach medical undergraduate students the relevant methodology of Painology clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking and decision-making,and provide guidance for undergraduate students'clinical internships in pain science,to provide more clinical majors for medical students to choose from in the future,and to lay the groundwork for the cultivation of pain related talents.
