目的 分析 2008-2022 年国内外结直肠癌的中医研究热点,为该领域未来的研究进展提供参考依据.方法 从Web of Science核心合集数据库以及中国知网(CNKI)数据库中检索 2008 年 1 月 1 日至 2022 年 10月 1 日结直肠癌中医相关领域的文献,使用VOSviewer以及CiteSpace软件对于文献的共被引网络以及高频关键词进行分析.结果 Web of Science核心合集数据库检索文献 917 篇,CNKI数据库检索文献 1257 篇,中国为发文量最高的国家,上海中医药大学的研究数量居于国内前列.结论 2008-2022 年有关中医药治疗结直肠癌的研究逐年增长,未来该领域的研究热点可能以肠道菌群、肿瘤微环境以及结肠炎所致结直肠癌的研究为主.
Bibliometric analysis of hotspots in traditional Chinese medicine research on colorectal cancer from 2008 to 2022
Objective To analyze the research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine on colorectal cancer both domestically and internationally from 2008 to 2022,providing a reference basis for future research progress in this field.Methods Literature related to traditional Chinese medicine for colorectal cancer was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 1,2008 to October 1,2022.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to analyze the co-citation network and high-frequency keywords of the literature.Results 917 articles were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection,and 1257 articles were retrieved from the CNKI database.China has the highest publication volume,and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranks among the top in terms of research quantity in China.Conclusion Research on the treatment of colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine from 2008 to 2022 has been increasing year by year.In the future,research hotspots in this field may mainly focus on gut microbiota,tumor microenvironment,and colorectal cancer caused by colitis.
