Progress in the application of Roy's adaptation model in postoperative nursing of cancer patients
Cancer patients face problems such as depression,physiological discomfort,and decreased quality of life after surgery.Therefore,this article reviews the source,basic content,and current application status of Roy's adaptation model,as well as the postoperative clinical nursing of cancer patients.In addition,this article also pays attention to the primary and secondary evaluations,nursing diagnosis,nursing goals,implementation of nursing plans,and nursing evaluation of cancer patients after surgery.And based on this,prospects are proposed to deepen the understanding of Roy's adaptation model,and improve clinical nursing practice ability among Chinese nursing staff,as well as providing references for postoperative nursing of cancer patients,and facilitating timely detection of physiological and psychological needs,thereby reducing anxiety in cancer patients,promoting physical recovery,and improving quality of life.
