Research progress of early rehabilitation nursing and assessment tools for post-stroke patients
Stroke is a common and frequently occurring disease that seriously threatens the lives and health of middle-aged and elderly people,and the complications and adverse clinical outcomes left after the onset will accompany them for a lifetime.Therefore,early rehabilitation nursing intervention for stroke patients is particularly important.This article aims to summarize and evaluate the clinical symptoms and nursing characteristics of early rehabilitation of stroke patients,common complications after stroke,and commonly used assessment tools and methods,in order to achieve early detection and timely assessment of stroke patients'conditions and to search for or develop more scientific and effective assessment tools to detect changes in their conditions in a timely manner.
