不同统计软件在医药生物学教学实验数据处理中的应用比较

目的 探讨不同统计软件在医药生物学实验中的应用,以加强药学等相关专业学生在医药生物学实验中的数据处理能力.方法 以CCK-8 实验中运用不同软件计算半抑制浓度(IC50)值为例,介绍Excel、Origin、SPSS以及GraphPad Prism在医药生物学实验中的应用.结果 发现Excel、Origin、SPSS以及GraphPad Prism统计软件在医药生物学实验中具有广泛的应用价值,但在本科生教学中的应用仍有待于进一步的发掘.结论 通过比较不同统计软件的应用,有助于药学专业学生选择合适的软件进行数据处理,实现对研究结果的快速、科学处理,并得出正确的结论,从而提高医药生物学实验的教学质量.
Comparison of the application of different statistical software in data processing in pharmaceutical biology teaching experiments
Objective To explore the application of different statistical software in pharmaceutical biology experiments,to enhance the data processing ability of students majoring in pharmacy and related fields in pharmaceutical biology experiments.Methods The calculation of half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50)values using different software in the CCK-8 experiment was used as an example to introduce the application of Excel,Origin,SPSS and GraphPad Prism in pharmaceutical biology experiments.Results Statistical software of Excel,Origin,SPSS and GraphPad Prism were found to have extensive application value in pharmaceutical biology experiments,but their application in undergraduate teaching still needed further exploration.Conclusion By comparing the applications of different statistical software,it is helpful for pharmaceutical students to choose appropriate software for data processing,achieve rapid and scientific processing of research results,and draw correct conclusions,thereby improving the teaching quality of pharmaceutical biology experiments.
