Research on the teaching reform of community nursing courses based on the integration of"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates"
Objective To understand the impact of community nursing course reform based on the integration of"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates"on students'humanistic care ability,learning engagement,and professional identity.Methods A cluster convenience sampling method was adopted to select nursing students from 8 classes of Anqing Medical College from March to June 2022 as the research subjects.The test group consisted of 210 students from 4 classes and the control group consisted 218 students from 4 classes.The test group used integration of"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates"in teaching,while the control group used traditional teaching.A survey using the general situation questionnaire,humanistic care ability scale,college student learning engagement scale,and college student professional identity scale was conducted for the study.Results The students in the test group had higher levels of humanistic care ability,college student learning engagement,and professional identity compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The students in the test group showed significantly higher levels of humanistic care ability,college student learning engagement,and professional identity after class compared to those before class,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing course teaching based on the integration of"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates"can improve students'humanistic care ability,learning engagement,and professional identity.These teaching reform measures can provide a reference for the construction of other nursing courses.
