Exploration of the application of PBL combined with CTTM teaching mode in standardized training and teaching of urology residents
Objective To study the practical significance and teaching effectiveness of the PBL learning mode combined with the CTTM teaching mode in standardized training of urology residents.Methods A total of 82 master's students who received standardized training in the Urology Department of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,namely the test group and the control group.The test group received PBL combined with CTTM teaching mode,while the control group received traditional LBL teaching mode.After class,exams and questionnaires were conducted,and statistical analysis was conducted on exam scores and satisfaction with teaching effectiveness.Results The average score of the total score in the test group was(90.00±4.13)score,while the average score in the control group was(84.20±2.76)score,and the scores of the test group were better than those of the control group in individual subjects(P<0.05).The questionnaire results showed that the satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the control group in all aspects of teaching effectiveness,ability improvement,team relationships,etc.(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of PBL combined with CTTM can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of traditional teaching and is more conducive to improving the teaching effectiveness of standardized training,student ability,and team relationships,thereby enhancing the comprehensive ability of doctors.Therefore,it is worth being promoted widely in the standardized training of urology residents.
