Analysis of relevant risk factors affecting the onset of cesarean scar pregnancy
Objective To explore the risk factors for the onset of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods A total of 180 patients diagnosed with cesarean scar pregnancy admitted to Chaohu Hospital of Anhui Medical University from May 2016 to October 2021 were set as the observation group, and 210 patients with normal intrauterine pregnancy with a history of cesarean during the same period were set as the control group.Case information of the patients was collected for univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression model analysis to analyze the risk factors for the onset of CSP.Results There were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in terms of age, number of pregnancies, number of labors, number of cesareans, and the interval between this pregnancy and the last cesarean(P<0.05).Among them, the number of previous pregnancies, number of labors, number of cesareans, and the interval between this pregnancy and the last cesarean were independent risk factors for the onset of cesarean scar pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors for CSP are related to the number of pregnancies, number of cesareans, and the interval between this pregnancy and the last cesarean.Clinical medical workers should control relevant risk factors and actively promote education to reduce the incidence of CSP and maintain patient health.
