护理学专业学生反刍思维与社交焦虑的相关性研究

目的 阐明护理学专业学生(简称护生)群体的反刍思维和社交焦虑现状,并分析两者的相关关系,为维护护生群体的身心健康提供科学依据.方法 选取 2022 年 3-11 月就读于湖北科技学院的护生 257 名,采用问卷调查法进行调查,运用描述性分析以及Pearson相关性分析的研究方法,将数据导入SPSS 21.0 软件统计分析.结果 护生反刍思维得分中等偏低,社交焦虑得分较高,护生反刍思维总体及其各维度与社交焦虑总分的相关分析均呈显著正相关(P<0.01).结论 本研究通过相关的调查与分析,得出护生反刍思维情况处于相对健康状态,但有一定的上升空间,社交焦虑情况较严重,反刍思维对护生社交焦虑有影响.需关注护生人际交往能力及心理健康情况,为降低护生反刍思维以及促进护生今后的可持续发展提供依据.
Correlation research on rumination thinking and social anxiety in nursing students
Objective To elucidate the current situation of rumination thinking and social anxiety among students majoring in nursing(referred to as nursing students),and analyze the correlation between the two,to provide a scientific basis for maintaining the physical and mental health of nursing students.Methods A total of 257 nursing students of Hubei University of Science and Technology from March to November 2022 were selected for an investigation using a questionnaire survey method.The research methods of descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were used,and the data was imported into SPSS 21.0 for statistical analysis.Results The score for rumination thinking was moderate to low,while the score for social anxiety was high.The correlation analysis showed that the correlation between the overall rumination thinking and its various dimensions and the total score of social anxiety of nursing students was significantly positive(P<0.01).Conclusion Through relevant investigation and analysis,this article concludes that nursing students'ruminative thinking situation is in a relatively healthy state,but there is some room for improvement,social anxiety is more serious,and rumination thinking has an impact on their social anxiety.It is necessary to pay attention to the interpersonal communication ability and mental health of nursing students,and provide a basis for reducing their rumination thinking and promoting their sustainable development in the future.
