A case of hypotensive shock caused by intramuscular injection of dezocine and literature review
Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is a common type of cerebrovascular disease in neurology.Decompressive craniectomy hematoma operation is one of the main treatment methods for spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage, but the surgical procedure can cause secondary damage to brain tissue.Dezocine is an opioid for postoperative analgesia, which is widely used in clinical practice.A case of cerebral hemorrhage in the left basal ganglia was reported and was treated by a left decompressive craniectomy hematoma operation. In the last of 30 minutes the operation, intramuscular injection of 5 mg dezocine, hypotensive shock occurred after 40 minutes. The relevant literature was reviewed to remind doctors to pay close attention to the changes in heart rate and blood pressure of patients during the intramuscular injection of dezocine, and be alert to the occurrence of hypotensive shock.
