Clinical efficacy of modified Buxu Yangwei Decoction combined with cake-separated moxibustion for chronic atrophic gastritis patients and the influence of inflammatory factors
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Buxu Yangwei Decoction combined with cake-separated moxibustion for chronic atrophic gastritis patients and the influence of inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were hospitalized in Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to October 2022 were selacted as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine drug treatment, while the observation group received modified Buxu Yangwei Decoction combined with cake-separated moxibustion The clinical efficacy, levels of inflammatory factors, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The clinical gross efficiency of patients in the intervention group was 98.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the intervention group after treatment was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of patients in the intervention group were all lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the intervention group(2.00%)was lower than the control group(24.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by addition or subtraction of magnetization deficiency and magnetization soup and separate cooking of medicinal sweets has a remarkable clinical effect, can significantly alleviate the body's inflammatory response, improve patients'clinical symptoms,is safe, and can be strengthened and applied clinically.
