Current status and treatment research on imaging diagnosis and application of common bile duct stones
Common bile duct stones(CBDS)refer to stones located within the common bile duct,which are primary stones in the common bile duct and stones which were discharged from the gallbladder or intrahepatic bile duct,then entering and embedded in the common bile duct.Patients may experience symptoms such as yellowing of the skin or sclera,upper abdominal colic,and fever.CBDS are one of the most common biliary diseases in clinical practice.With the increasing prevalence of CBDS and the increasing demand for medical treatment,doctors and patients have higher requirements for diagnosis and treatment methods,hoping to obtain faster and more effective diagnosis and treatment protocols.Advances in imaging and endoscopic techniques have provided great help in the diagnosis and treatment of CBDS diseases.Therefore this article summarizes the relevant studies at home and abroad in recent years,and analyzes the latest imaging diagnosis and treatment of CBDS.
