摘要
中药材是关系国计民生的战略性资源,当前大健康产业的迅猛发展推动中药材需求量及需求层次的增长.在中药材产业进入高质量发展并逐步接轨国际的关键时刻,对应用型中药资源与开发专业人才培养建设的研究与探索意义重大.本文阐述建设中药资源与开发专业的必然性、人才培养模式及现状,并从人才培养方案、应用型课程体系与教学模式、师资队伍结构与实验实训平台五个方面对应用型中药资源与开发专业人才培养建设进行探讨,旨在培养更高质量的具有中医药特色的应用型专业技术人才,为中医药产业可持续发展与推动地区经济发展筑牢人才基础.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicinal materials are strategic resources that are closely related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.The rapid development of the current big health industry has driven the growth of demand for traditional Chinese medicinal materials in both quantity and level.At a critical moment when the traditional Chinese medicinal material industry enters high-quality development and gradually integrates with the international community,research and exploration on the professional construction and cultivation of applied traditional Chinese medicine resources and development talents are of great significance.The article elaborates on the inevitability,talent cultivation mode,and current situation of constructing traditional Chinese medicine resources and development professionals,and explores the cultivation and construction of applied traditional Chinese medicine resources and development talents from five aspects:talent cultivation plan,applied course system and teaching mode,teacher team structure,and experimental training platform.The aim is to cultivate higher quality applied professional technical talents with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,building a solid talent foundation for the sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry and promoting regional economic development.
