Path exploration and practice of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into PBL in Surgery General Introduction
Objective To explore the path and practical effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in the Surgery General Introduction teaching of clinical medicine major in Guizhou Medical University.Methods A total of 232 students majoring in clinical medicine in Grade 2019 were selected as the research objects,among whom 105 students were included in the experimental group and randomly divided into 5 subgroups,with 21 students in each subgroup,receiving PBL teaching method method integrated with the curriculum ideological and political content.127 students were included in the control group,receiving traditional teaching mode.From the aspects of the construction of teaching staff,the overall design of teaching,content of education and teaching,teaching practice,and elements of curriculum ideology and politics,the teaching design of integrating ideological and political content into PBL was carried out,and the differences between the two groups in comprehensive quality assessment and questionnaire feedback were compared.Results The teacher-student interaction,comprehensive assessment of students'classroom performance and final written test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and students'self-assessment,students'mutual assessment,and satisfaction with teaching and testing were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into PBL of Surgery General Introduction teaching can enable students to acquire surgical professional knowledge and skills,and at the same time realize the synergy of knowledge imparting and value shaping,so as to achieve the goal of"cultivating talent for the Party and the State".
