Observation on the therapeutic effect of floating needles combined with acupoint application of rhubarb powder on post-stroke constipation
Objective To explore the effect of floating needle combined with rhubarb powder acupoint application on treating constipation after stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients from June 2022 to September 2023 were divided into three groups with 40 patients in each group.Control group A was treated with lactulose alone,control group B,observation group combined floating needle therapy and rhubarb powder acupoint application treatment,and the clinical symptom score,quality of life score,spontaneous defecation frequency,and total effective rate of treatment were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom score,quality of life score and the number of voluntary defecation in the three groups were compared,and the observation group was lower and lower than the control group A and control group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the three groups,the observation group was higher than the control group A and the control group B,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Constipation after stroke combined with floating needle and rhubarb powder acupoint application treatment can improve clinical symptoms,quality of life,independent defecation ability,and better clinical efficacy.
