目的 基于网络药理学探讨加味止哮平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制。方法 获取药物活性成分及关键靶点,然后运用相应数据库预测支气管哮喘的相关靶点,两者取交集后,运用STRING数据库和Cytoscape 3。9。1 软件构建蛋白相互作用网络及药物-靶点网络,进行基因本体(GO)功能富集和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析。结果 筛选出核心药物的活性成分 404 个,交集靶点 202 个。GO功能分析得到 180 条分子功能,KEGG通路富集分析得到 179 条通路。结论 通过网络药理学分析,预测了加味止哮平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制,为临床研究提供了参考。
Exploration of the mechanism of action of modified Zhixiao Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma based on network pharmacology
Objective To explore the mechanism of action of modified Zhixiao Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma based on network pharmacology.Methods The active ingredients and key targets of the drug were obtained,and then the corresponding databases were used to predict the relevant targets of bronchial asthma.After the intersection,the STRING database and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software were used to construct protein-protein interaction networks and drug-target networks,and gene ontology(GO)functional enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis were performed.Results 404 active ingredients and 202 intersection targets of the core drug were screened.180 molecular functions were obtained through GO functional analysis,and 179 pathways were obtained through KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Conclusion Through network pharmacology analysis,the mechanism of action of modified Zhixiao Pingchuan Decoction in treating bronchial asthma has been predicted,providing a reference for clinical research.
