Study on the application of the"prevention-treatment-rehabilitation"three-in-one combination strategy in postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic transanal total mesorectal excision
Objective To explore the study on the application of the"prevention-treatment-rehabilitation"three-in-one combination strategy in postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic transanal total mesorectal excision(TaTME).Methods A total of 60 TaTME patients admitted to the Department of Oncology Surgery of Zhongshan City People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into a combination strategy group and a traditional rehabilitation group by a random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The traditional rehabilitation group was given traditional rehabilitation guidance and post-discharge guidance, while the strategy group implemented the"prevention-treatment-rehabilitation"three-in-one combination strategy nursing measure. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared, with observation indicators including anal function status, gastrointestinal function status, motor ability, postoperative recovery quality, and postoperative complications. Results After the intervention, the postoperative recovery quality score of the combination strategy group was higher than that of the traditional rehabilitation group, and the postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that of the traditional rehabilitation group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention, the postoperative off-bed activity time and first anal exhaust time of the combination strategy group were shorter than those of the traditional rehabilitation group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The first bowel movement time was slightly shorter than that of the traditional rehabilitation group, without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the intervention, the incidence of postoperative complications in the combination strategy group was lower than that in the traditional rehabilitation group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The"prevention-treatment-rehabilitation"three-in-one combination strategy can effectively improve the postoperative recovery quality of TaTME patients, shorten postoperative hospitalization time, and improve the first postoperative exhaust time, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
