摘要
目的 总结成人牙周病预防及管理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供参考.方法 系统检索国内外数据库中关于成人牙周病预防及管理的相关证据,检索时限为建库至 2023 年 3 月.由 2 名研究者独立对文献质量进行评价,并提取、汇总相关内容形成最佳证据.结果 共纳入 12 篇文献,包括 1 篇临床决策、5 篇指南、4 篇专家共识及 2 篇系统评价,最终获取了 18 条最佳证据,包括风险评估、口腔卫生指导、健康教育、随访 4 个方面.结论 本研究汇总的证据具备一定的科学性与实用性,建议医护人员在证据转化时应充分结合实际情况、患者偏好,制订相应的预防及管理方案,降低牙周病的发生率、维护患者的牙周健康.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the best evidence for the prevention and management of adult periodontal disease and provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods A systematic retrieval was conducted on felevant evidence related to the prevention and management of adult periodontal disease in domestic and foreign databases,with a retrieval period from the establishment of databases to March 2023.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the literature and extracted and summarized relevant content to form the best evidence.Results A total of 12 articles were included,including 1 piece of clinical decision,5 pieces of guidelines,4 pieces of expert consensus,and 2 pieces of systematic evaluations.Finally,18 best pieces of evidence were obtained,including four aspects of risk assessment,oral hygiene guidance,health education,and follow-up.Conclusion The evidence summarized in this study has a certain degree of scientific and practical significance.Therefore,it is recommended that medical staff should fully consider the actual situation and patient preferences when converting evidence,develop corresponding prevention and management plans,reduce the incidence of periodontal disease,and maintain patient periodontal health.
