Progress in diagnosis and treatment of coronary microcirculation dysfunction
Coronary microcirculation dysfunction(CMD)is a special type of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD),which is one of the main causes of angina pectoris.Its incidence rate is high,and it is closely related to a variety of cardiovascular diseases,seriously threatening the health of Chinese people.Most diagnostic methods for CMD have obvious flaws,making it prone to misdiagnosis in clinical practice.At present,the Western medical community has not yet established a precise treatment plan for CMD,and in clinical practice,only experiential treatment methods can be used.However,the efficacy has mostly not reached the expected level.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods have shown good efficacy in the treatment of this disease.This article aims to comprehensively review the diagnostic techniques and progress in traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of CMD,to provide useful references for exploring more effective diagnostic and treatment methods.
