基于"肝主筋,肾主骨"理论探讨温针灸联合推拿对膝骨关节炎的治疗作用

摘要
膝骨关节炎是骨科的常见病,病位在筋骨,根源在肝肾,发病的病因病机为肝肾亏虚、风寒湿邪外侵,证属本虚标实、本痿标痹."肝主筋,肾主骨"理论起源于《黄帝内经》,本文将基于该理论指导,探讨中医的温针灸联合推拿对膝骨关节炎的治疗作用.该方法 以疏肝养血强筋、补肾养精壮骨为治疗原则,采用温针灸联合推拿的治疗方法 ,以期达到肝肾并调、骨健筋强的效果,为中医药在膝骨关节炎治疗中提供一种联合治疗新思路,并且对临床诊疗有所帮助.
Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis is a common disease in orthopedics,located in the tendons and bones,and rooted in the liver and kidney.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are liver and kidney deficiency and wind-cold-damp pathogen invasion,and the syndrome belongs to the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The theory of"liver dominating tendon and kidney dominating bone"originated from the Yellow Emperor's Internal Canon of Medicine.Based on this theory,this paper will discuss the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage on knee osteoarthritis.With the principle of soothing the liver,nourishing the blood,strengthening the tendons,tonifying the kidney,nourishing the spirits,and strengthening the bones,we will adopt the treatment method of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage to achieve the effect of regulating the liver and kidney and strengthening the bones and tendons,thereby providing a new combined treatment approach for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
