Application of the"warming Yang method"in the breast hyperplasia
Breast hyperplasia is caused by degenerative changes or hyperplasia of breast tissue,and middle-aged women are the high-risk group.Its pathogenesis is highly correlated with women's psychological pressure and endocrine dysfunction.Patients may also be complicated with liver depression and qi stagnation,phlegm dampness and coagulation,blood stasis obstructing collaterals,yin-cold stagnation,and kidney yang deficiency.Breast hyperplasia is often slow onset,long duration of the disease,the patient's local skin is not red and not swollen,mostly accompanied by fatigue,body sleepy body tiredness and other manifestations,belonging to the category of"yin syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine.Yang Qi is an important substance in human vital activities.When the Yang Qi weakens,it leads to abnormal qi movement,disturbance of water metabolism,and poor blood circulation,thereby gradually affecting the normal functioning of the human organs.As one of the important therapies in traditional Chinese medicine theory,the warming Yang method has gradually been widely applied in the diagnosis and treatment of surgical diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.This article summarizes the treatment of breast hyperplasia with the warming Yang method from two aspects:internal treatment and external treatment,to provide certain reference significance for clinical application.
