Study on the efficacy of omeprazole and lansoprazole in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective To explore the differences in clinical effects of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding treated with omeprazole and lansoprazole,respectively.Methods A total of 66 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding from Shandong Healthcare Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital during the period of March 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with omeprazole.The study group was treated with lansoprazole.The total effective rate of treatment,hemoglobin levels,serum inflammatory factor levels,abdominal pain relief time,hemostasis time,time for blood pressure to return to normal,time for ventricular rate to return to normal,time for the fecal occult blood test to be negative,and total incidence of adverse reactions(rash,nausea and vomiting)were compared between the two groups of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Results The total effective rate of treatment in patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the hemoglobin levels in patients were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels,tumor necrosis factor-α levels and interleukin-6 levels were lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The time for abdominal pain relief,hemostasis,blood pressure return to normal,ventricular rate return to normal,and fecal occult blood test to be negative in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,without statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding,lansoprazole can significantly improve the treatment effect,effectively improve the hemoglobin levels and serum inflammatory factor levels,and significantly shorten the abdominal pain relief time,hemostasis time,time for blood pressure to return to normal,time for ventricular rate to return to normal,and time for the fecal occult blood test to be negative,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
