目的 利用文献计量学和可视化方法 ,总结和分析运动诱导的氧化应激在骨骼肌健康和功能障碍领域的已有研究,预测前沿趋势。方法 基于Web of Science检索2003年1月1日至2022年12月31日的文献。使用Scimago Graphica、CiteSpace和VOSviewer对排名靠前的国家、机构、作者、关键词进行分析。结果 共纳入文献4185篇,文章数量总体呈快速增长趋势。美国、巴西和中国的研究成果居于领先地位。RadakZ。和Powers S。K。分别是表文章和被引用次数最多的作者。主要关键词为"体力活动""自由基""脂质过氧化"。关键词突现的分析表明,以"肌肉减少症"和"肌肉减少性肥胖症"为代表的老年慢性病的分子机制,可能成为运动诱导氧化应激作用于骨骼肌健康和功能障碍领域的未来研究方向。结论 本研究对骨骼肌健康和功能障碍中运动诱导的氧化应激进行了文献计量分析,有助于了解该领域的整体发展情况,并为该领域的研究人员提供了多方面的见解。
Research hotspots and trend analysis on the role of exercise-induced oxidative stress in skeletal muscle health and dysfunction
Objective To summarize and analyze existing researches on exercise-induced oxidative stress in the field of skeletal muscle health and dysfunction,and predict cutting-edge trends by using bibliometrics and visualization methods in this study.Methods Based on the Web of Science,literature was retrieved,with the retrieval duration from January 1,2003 to December 31,2022.Scimago Graphica,CiteSpace,and VOSviewer were used to analyze the top-ranked countries,institutions,authors,and keywords.Results A total of 4185 articles were included,and the overall number of articles showed a rapid growth trend.The research results of the United States,Brazil,and China were leading the way.Radak Z.and Powers S.K.were the authors with the highest number of published articles and citations,respectively.The main keywords were"physical activity""free radicals"and"lipid peroxidation".The analysis of keyword burst indicated that the molecular mechanisms of elderly chronic diseases represented by"sarcopenia"and"sarcopenic obesity"may become future research directions in the field of exercise-induced oxidative stress in skeletal muscle health and dysfunction.Conclusion This study provides the bibliometric analysis of exercise-induced oxidative stress in skeletal muscle health and dysfunction.It helps to understand the overall development of the field and provides multiple insights for researchers in the field.
