Analysis of acupoint selection rules on acupuncture treatment of neck-shoulder syndrome based on literature data
Objective To use data mining techniques to analyze the acupoint selection rule of acupuncture and moxibustion for neck-shoulder syndrome. Methods The clinical research literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of neck-shoulder syndrome on CNKI,Wanfang, and VIP from January 2000 to May 2023 was searched, and the database of acupoint selection for neck-shoulder syndrome was established.Based on data mining techniques, the frequency and usage of acupoints, meridians, and specific acupoints were calculated, and the association rule analysis was conducted. Results A total of 72 articles were used, involving 108 acupoints and a total frequency of 938 times. The most frequently used acupoints were the Cervical Jiaji point,Jianjing point,Ashi point,Fengchi point,Tianzong point, etc. The commonly used meridians were the Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian of Hand and the Yangming Large Intestine Meridian of Hand, with the crossing point being the main one, followed by the Five-Shu point. The core acupoint group was"Ashi point-Cervical Jiaji point-Fengchi point-Jianjing point-Tianzong point",and 3 effective clustering groups were obtained. Conclusion Through this study, the acupoint selection pattern for acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis has been identified, providing a reference basis for clinical practice.
