A survey on the satisfaction status of nursing staff with nursing performance assessment models based on RBRVS and DRGs
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of nursing staff in 363 Hospital with the reformed performance assessment model of nursing units,and to provide a basis for improving the performance assessment model of hospital nursing units.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,a survey was conducted on 606 nursing staff from 363 Hospital from September 1 to 30,2022 with a nursing staff performance assessment satisfaction questionnaire.The satisfaction status of nursing staff with the performance assessment model was analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference in the satisfaction level of nursing staff with different service years,education levels,professional titles,and job levels in understanding the hospital performance assessment system(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in other dimensions(P>0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff with different service years,education levels,professional titles,and job levels have lower satisfaction in understanding the hospital performance assessment system.Therefore,managers should establish a comprehensive,scientific,reasonable,fair,and just nursing performance assessment model,mobilize the work enthusiasm of the nursing staff and enhance their job satisfaction and happiness.
