CiteSpace-based visual analysis of malnutrition in stroke patients
Objective To analyze the current status,hotspots,and trends of malnutrition research in stroke patients in China during the last decade,aiming to provide reference for malnutrition intervention in later stroke patients.Methods Literature related to malnutrition in stroke patients was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,with the retrieval duration from January 1,2012,to November 30,2022,and CiteSpace visualization tools were used to analyze the chronological trends,authors,research institutions,and keywords of the articles.Results A total of 351 articles that met the requirements were retrieved.In recent years,the average annual publication volume has shown a stable trend,and there was a lack of close cooperation between authors and institutions.The research hotspots on malnutrition in stroke patients focused on malnutrition risk screening,risk factor analysis,and intervention.Conclusion The risk of malnutrition in stroke patients increases with age,and early nutritional risk screening can provide support for nutritional intervention,improve the nutritional status of stroke patients,change disease prognosis,and improve their quality of life.
