This article aims to analyze the components and effects of commonly used Chinese herbal medicines in the blood-activating and stasis-resolving method for primary liver cancer.The history and current status of Chinese herbal medicine treatment for primary liver cancer are introduced,and the application of modern pharmacological research methods in Chinese herbal medicine treatment is elaborated.This article discusses in detail the commonly used Chinese herbal medicines for activating blood and resolving stasis,as well as their modern pharmacological research,including Radix curcumae,Sangusis draconis,Angelica sinensis,Peach kernel,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix paeoniae rubra,Flos carthami,Rhizoma sparganii,Zedoary rhizome,Fructus akebiae,and other commonly used drugs for activating blood and resolving stasis.Subsequently,the components and pharmacodynamic evaluation of these Chinese herbal medicines are further discussed,revealing the mechanism of action of commonly used Chinese herbal medicines in the blood-activating and stasis-resolving method,including activating blood and resolving stasis,regulating nutrient-blood,reducing swelling and discharging pus,and in terms of anti-cancer,enhancing the body's immune system,and reducing side effects of chemotherapy.In summary,this article emphasizes the importance of Chinese herbal medicines in blood-activating and stasis-resolving methods,which are of great significance for the treatment and prevention of primary liver cancer.
