Study on Balint group model in enhancing nursing professional identity
As a model of psychological intervention,Balint group model has achieved good results in psychological intervention of medical staff.Compared with the traditional psychological intervention methods,the Balint group model can not only fundamentally solve the psychological problems of medical staff,but also has a high stability in the effect of intervention.For nursing students and newly recruited nurses,since their ability to deal with nurse-patient problems is relatively low due to lack of professional cognition and inability to fully adapt to nursing work,the risk of professional identity deviation is relatively high.Application of Balint group model can effectively improve the professional identity of nursing students and newly recruited nurses and help them establish correct professional cognition.
