Observation on the muscle relaxation effect of rocuronium bromide stored at room temperature in gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of rocuronium bromide on the muscarinic effect in gynaecological laparoscopic surgery under room temperature storage. Methods One hundred and twenty general anaesthesia patients who underwent laparoscopic gynaecological surgery in Longgang District Central Hospital of Shenzhen from February to August 2022 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into two groups by the random envelope method, with 60 cases in each group. The storage of rocuronium bromide in the observation group was in the natural environment of the operating theatre;the control group was placed in the cold room of the medical refrigerator. The two groups were compared in terms of indicators of muscarinic effect, endotracheal intubation conditions, time of drug increment, and amount of drug increment. Results The differences in the time of onset of myorelaxation effect, the time of complete myorelaxation, the time of effective relaxation and the time of recovery of 75%of T1 were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent rate of tracheal intubation conditions in the observation group was 96.67%,and the difference was not statistically significant when compared with 98.33%in the control group(P>0.05).Comparing the time of the first drug increment, the amount of the first drug increment, the time of the second drug increment, and the amount of the second drug increment in the two groups, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference between the muscarinic effect of rocuronium bromide stored at ambient temperature and stored at low temperature in gynaecological laparoscopy, and there was no significant effect on the quality of endotracheal intubation with respect to the time of incremental increase and the amount of incremental increase.
