The impact of high-quality nursing based on lean management on the control rate of renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing based on lean management on the control rate of renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 73 patients with renal anemia on maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Xiamen Haicang Hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively selected as the study group and were given high-quality nursing based on lean management.73 patients with renal anemia on maintenance hemodialysis previously admitted(from October 2020 to September 2021)were also selected as the control group and were given routine nursing interventions.The levels of serum indicators and awareness rate of medication before and after nursing intervention were compared,and the excellent and good compliance rate of patients and the control rate of renal anemia were counted.Results After the intervention,hemoglobin and iron biomarkers of transferrin and total iron binding capacity increased in both groups compared to those before the intervention.The above indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Serum ferritin in iron biomarkers decreased significantly compared to that before the intervention,with that in the study group significantly lower than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The awareness rate of medication,excellent and good compliance rate in medication,diet,and dialysis treatment,and control rate of renal anemia in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal anemia,high-quality nursing interventions based on lean management can significantly improve the indicators of transferrin and total iron binding capacity in hemoglobin and iron biomarkers,reduce serum ferritin indicators,improve awareness rate of medication,enhance compliance with medication,diet,and dialysis treatment of patients,and have an ideal effect on improving the control rate of renal anemia.
