基于CiteSpace的中药茶研究现状与热点探讨

目的 分析中药茶研究现状，探讨领域内研究热点和趋势，为中药茶后续研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网1982-2023年发表的与中药茶研究相关的文献，运用CiteSpace。V。6。1。R6对文献作者、关键词等进行共现分析并绘制知识图谱。结果 中药茶研究发文量整体呈上升趋势;领域内发文最多的作者是赵敏，学者何蓉蓉-姚新生-宝丽-栗原博间学术合作较紧密;广州王老吉大健康产业有限公司是发文量最高的机构，发文机构间合作较少;发文作者和机构间都缺乏研究中心性;关键词可视化分析发现热点为中药茶的开发利用、保健茶、凉茶和中草药。聚类分析发现中药茶未来研究主题可概括为五个方向。结论 中药茶是当下极具学术探讨的研究热点;研究涵盖临床治疗、保健养生、商业应用三个方面;加强作者机构之间跨团队、跨机构、跨地域的学术交流是目前应关注的方面;今后应重点关注中药茶的临床应用，推进中药茶的科技成果转化，促进中药茶多方面研究的开展。
Research status and hot topics of traditional Chinese medicine tea based on CiteSpace
Objective To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine tea,discuss the research hotspots and trends in the field,and provide reference for the follow-up research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)tea.Methods The literatures related to the study of TCM tea published on CNKI from 1982 to 2023 were searched,and CiteSpace.V.6.1.R6 was used to perform the co-occurrence analysis on the authors and keywords of the literature,and the knowledge graph was drawn.Results The overall number of papers on TCM tea research showed an upward trend.Zhao Min was the author with the highest number of papers published in the field,and scholars He Rongrong,Yao Xinsheng,Bao Li and Hiroshi Kurihara had close academic cooperation;Guangzhou Wanglaoji Great Health Industry Company Limited was the organization with the highest number of papers,and there was less cooperation among the organizations that issue papers;there was a lack of research centrality between the authors and institutions;the visual analysis of key words showed that the hot spots were the development and utilization of TCM tea,health tea,herbal tea and Chinese herbal medicine.Cluster analysis showed that the future research topics of TCM tea could be summarized into five directions.Conclusion TCM tea is a hot research topic with great academic discussion at present.The research covers three aspects:clinical treatment,health care and commercial application.Strengthening cross-team,cross-institutional and cross-regional academic exchanges between authors and institutions is the aspect that should be paid attention to at present.In the future,we should focus on the clinical application of TCM tea,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of TCM tea,and promote the development of various researches on TCM tea.
