Professor Liu Xinxiang collected from the clinical experience of treating diabetic nephropathy with stasis
[Abstact]Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a chronic kidney disease caused by diabetes,and has become the primary cause of end-stage renal disease,which seriously threatens the quality of life and life safety of patients.At present,there is no specific treatment for this disease,and the symptoms are relieved mainly through basic symptomatic treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in delaying the progress of this disease.After many years of clinical practice,Professor Liu Xinxiang combined stage treatment with syndrome differentiation,flexibly used the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to treat DKD,and achieved good results.In this paper,the pathogenesis of blood stasis of DKD and the miniature Zhengjia theory,as well as Professor Liu Xinxiang's experience in the treatment of DKD with the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,provide ideas for the clinical treatment of DKD.
