Progress in the application of moxibustion in rehabilitation nursing of patients with post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain
Stroke is one of the important causes of disability in patients,and patients may have varying degrees of dysfunction,leaving behind sequelae such as hemiplegia.Hemiplegic shoulder pain is one of the common complications after stroke,which affects the rehabilitation process and final prognosis of patients'upper limb function,prolongs their hospitalization time,seriously affects their daily living activities and quality of life,and brings huge economic and psychological burdens to families.Moxibustion is an external treatment method that involves igniting moxa wool or drugs and applying them to acupoints on the body surface.Through warm stimulation and the pharmacological effects of drugs,it achieves the effects of dredging meridians,regulating qi and blood,and preventing and treating diseases.In recent years,moxibustion has been widely used in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain.Therefore,this article elaborates on the etiology and pathogenesis of post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain,the mechanism of action of moxibustion treatment for post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain,the selection of acupoints,and the clinical application of commonly used moxibustion,to provide a reference for the rehabilitation nursing of patients with post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain.
