健脾咳喘灵颗粒提取工艺研究

目的 开展健脾咳喘灵颗粒提取工艺研究,为新沂市中医医院医疗机构制剂备案制奠定基础。方法 依据处方取陈皮 150 g、茯苓 50 g等 11 味药材,平均分为 10 份,其中 1 份备用,用其余 9 份按照正交试验表进行正交试验,考察提取溶剂、溶剂倍数、提取次数及时间。以总黄酮、橙皮苷含量及固形物得率为评价指标,确定最佳提取工艺参数。结果 综合分析正交试验结果,以固形物得率、总黄酮、橙皮苷含量为评价指标,乙醇浓度、溶剂倍数、提取时间、提取次数均没有显著性差异。综合以上分析结果,考虑到大生产降低成本等因素,最终确定最佳工艺为A3B1C1D2,即乙醇浓度为 80%,溶剂倍数为 8 倍,提取时间为 1 h,提取次数为 2次。结论 健脾咳喘灵颗粒的提取工艺稳定可靠,在对颗粒制备工艺研究的基础上确定了最佳提取工艺,为扩大生产规模提供参考。
Research on the extraction technology of Jianpi Kechuanling Granules
Objective To carry out research on the extraction technology of Jianpi Kechuanling Granules,so as to lay a foundation for the preparation filing system of medical institutions in Xinyi City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods According to the prescription,11 kinds of medicinal materials,such as 150 g of dried tangerine peel and 50 g of Indian bread,were divided into 10 parts on average,one of which was reserved,and the other 9 parts were used for orthogonal test according to the orthogonal test table to investigate the extraction solvent,solvent amount,extraction frequency and time.The contents of total flavonoids and hesperidin and solid yield were used as evaluation indices to determine the best extraction technology parameters.Results Comprehensive analysis of orthogonal test results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in ethanol concentration,solvent multiple,extraction time and extraction frequency with solid yield,total flavonoids and hesperidin content as evaluation indices.Based on the above analysis results,considering the factors such as cost reduction in large-scale production,the best technology was finally determined as A3B1C1D2,that was,the ethanol concentration was 80%,the solvent multiple was 8 times,the extraction time was 1 h,and the extraction frequency was 2 times.Conclusion The extraction technology and method of Jianpi Kechuanling Granules are stable and reliable.Combined with the previous research on the preparation technology of granules,the best technology is determined,which provides a reference basis for expanding production scale.
