Visualization analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions based on CiteSpace
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and research trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions(ADRs)in recent from 2012 to 2023 years through Citespace software.Methods CNKI database was used for retrieval,and Citespace 6.1.R6 software was used for data processing.Results A total of 1227 related literatures were included.The number of published literatures was basically on the rise,with an average of 108 literatures included annually.A total of 388 authors were included in the co-occurrence chart,including 9 core authors.A total of 442 keywords were included in the keyword map,remove chemotherapy,malignant tumor,adverse reactions and the highest frequency was"bone marrow suppression",in which 10 were high centrality keywords.The clustering module value of keyword clustering graph was Q=0.3815,and the average contour value was S=0.7334.The keywords that have emerged in recent three years were"safety and consumptive disease".Conclusion The heat of clinical research on chemotherapy-related vomiting in traditional Chinese and western medicine continues unabated,but the current research focuses on improving and evaluating bone marrow suppression,preventing immune function suppression caused by chemotherapy-related ADRs,and striving to improve the quality of life of patients.
