Clinical observation on the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis with Danzi Kangxi Granules combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection
Objective To observe the clinical effect of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis with Danzi Kangxi Granules combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection.Methods A total of 80 patients withe liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis who received systematic treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group received targeted Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection at the affected area,combined with oral Danzi Kangxi Granules.The control group received intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Lysholm knee scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Danzi Kangxi Granules and Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection can effectively promote the recovery of knee function and alleviate pain in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.
