Effect of problem-solving nursing mode under evidence-based concept on delivery outcome and lactation function of pregnant women with hypertension
Objective To analyze the effect of problem-solving nursing mode under evidence-based concept on delivery outcome and lactation function of pregnant women with hypertension. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women with hypertension admitted to Quanzhou Women's and Children'Hospital from August 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=123)and the control group(n=77)according to the principle of voluntariness. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the problem-solving nursing mode under evidence-based concept. The delivery outcome and lactation function were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of cesarean section and the rate of complications such as placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage and hemolysis, elevated liver function and low platelet count(HPLLP)syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress, macrosomia, premature delivery and perinatal mortality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The proportion of adequate lactation at 48 h postpartum in the observation group(90.24%)was higher than that in the control group(75.32%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The onset time of postpartum lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-solving nursing mode under the evidence-based concept can improve the delivery outcome and lactation function of pregnant women with hypertension, and therefore,it has high clinical application value.
