Influence on the application of hierarchical management combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the success rate of video electroencephalogram examination
Objective To explore the Influence on application of hierarchical management combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the success rate of video electroencephalogram examination.Methods A total of 68 epilepsy patients admitted to Jiangmen Central Hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into a quality control group(n=34)and a control group(n=34)using a random number drawing method.The quality control group received hierarchical management combined with comprehensive nursing,while the control group received routine monitoring management.The monitoring results,the incidence of false errors,the incidence of interference,satisfaction,and the degree of mutual benefit between doctors,patients,nurses,and technicians between two groups were compared.Results The success rate of the quality control group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidences of false errors,interference phenomena,and adverse reactions in the quality control group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the quality control group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The communication,collaboration,and humanistic care between doctors,patients,nurses,and technicians in the quality control group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the success rate of video electroencephalogram examination for epilepsy,achieving a win-win situation between doctors,patients,nurses,and technicians.Therefore,this nursing plan is worth promotion.
