Construction of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology training protocol for primary hospitals in the Yunfu area
Objective To explore the construction method of a traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology training protocol for primary hospitals in the Yunfu area,and analyze its application value.Methods A total of 100 in-service nursing staff in primary hospitals in Yunfu city from January to December 2022 were selected for intervention.And dedicated personnel groups were organized to conduct discussion and expert consultation.The accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine theory,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,and syndrome differentiation nursing were compared before and after the intervention,as well as scores for the correct operation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques,proficiency in techniques,and the use of instruments and equipment before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the understanding and application ability scores of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,and the accuracy of syndrome differentiation nursing were higher than those before the intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of correct operation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,proficiency in techniques,and use of instruments and equipment were higher than those before the intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective training in traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques can improve the overall level of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in primary hospitals.
